The humanitarian visa allows you to live, work and study in Australia permanently. You may also enroll in English language classes, acquire social security payments, get healthcare benefits of Medicare, invite your family members for permanent residence and Australian citizenship (depending on eligibility). You can be eligible for Subclass 201 Visa if a member of your immediate family has procured the humanitarian visa subclass 201, he/she can propose you for the visa. You must also meet basic health and character requirements to get this visa.

Global Special Humanitarian Visa Subclass 202

An individual can apply for the humanitarian visa subclass 202 if they suffer from discrimination resulting in the violation of human rights in their home country and are proposed for Australian migration by an individual or organization in Australia. The humanitarian visa allows you to live, study and work in Australia permanently. You may also register for Medicare (healthcare benefits), participate in English Language classes, for the Australian citizenship (after you have spent 4 years in Australia) and sponsor eligible family members for permanent residence in Australia. To be eligible for Subclass 202 Visa you must present compelling reasons in support of your visa application such as degree of discrimination, resettlement options and links or connections in Australia. You must also meet health and character requirements to get this visa.

Woman at Risk Visa subclass 204

Women applicants who are subject to gender discrimination or abuse and victimization in their home country can apply for Woman at Risk visa 204. Recommendation from the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees to the government of Australia is mandatory to present for the visa grant. The Visa Subclass 204 allows the applicants to live, study and work in Australia permanently along with medicare and social security payment benefits. You may also enroll for English language classes, apply for the Australian citizenship (if have spent 4 years in Australia) and sponsor family members for permanent residence in Australia. Eligible females to apply for this visa are the ones, who fulfill basic health and character requirements.
